Depends on what the conditions of his parole was. Basically he entered a contract with the state saying on my condition of release from jail I agree not to do X,Y,Z for this period of time while I am on parole.
Examples: Missed a scheduled appointment with parole officer/court appointment/regular check in. Living in a restricted area. Violating a no contact order or no trespass order. Doing drugs or failing a random drug test.
Its too hard to say what specifically this person did without contact the Sheriff's office or going to a court date when this individual is scheduled to appear to answer for the charge.
