City sponsored exercise programs

Does the City still offer exercise classes for the public? At one time they had offerings like yoga, kick boxing, aerobics...

great question....I think it would be great for a exercise gathering....ie, dodge ball, vollyball, even traditional "boring" exercises...if they would be open to both genders, all shapes, and all comers....not just the beefed up, ripped specimens who are nothing more than gym rats (we still love ya....) Open it up and see who comes.....

Most of the information is available on the City's website under Adult Activities and Get Fit Nevada tabs within the Parks and Recreation Department or flyers are available at Gates Memorial Hall. Other information regarding group fitness classes are currently being sent out to participants in Get Fit Nevada. If you are interested in becoming a participant so that you can attend these sessions please let me know? Again, if you would like to either call or set up a time to meet, I am more than happy to do so.
