Default Ankeny Fleet Farm
Coming soon to Ankney, a Mills Fleet Farm! Sounds like it will be located just south of Dewey Ford on Delaware Ave.

These are fantastic stores with about anything and everything under the sun. A great addition for Ankeny!

I thought I had heard of this place before but maybe not.

According to their map, there is only one in Iowa, in Mason City.

Perhaps you have came across a Blain's Farm and Fleet Store in Eastern Iowa? Mills Fleet Farm is nearly identical...

5+ years later...did this Mills Fleet Farm ever open up in Ankeny? They have some things online that I'd like but I'd rather not pay shipping if there's a store nearby.

I don't think it is open yet, but they seem to have most of it constructed and have been working on the building since this summer.

Oddly enough, I heard the rumor yesterday. It's strange,, farmers don't seem that successful an industry yet Thiesen's in Ames is thriving and now a Farm Fleet/whatever name in Ankeny...... Who would guess so many lengths of cattle fence, barbed wire, and stock pen materials would be demanded by a diminishing population of Americana?

Wow, I guess you have never been in Thiesens let alone a Fleet Farm!

Think of Wal-Mart plus Menards plus Sportsmans Warehouse plus farm stuff...
