I was told that area had a drought-My family lives down by Ottumwa and they said it has really been dry down there.

Sounds like another 2" to 4 " by Monday,bad thing is it'll start out as rain first then turn to snow later.I also have family in Ottumwa and they were really dry this past summer,but there's enough snow on the ground now that if it were to start warming up there would be lots of flooding in that area.I think everyones ready for spring,don't you?
