Received the following tip via email this morning...

"The future home ofWal-Mart in Grimes is still unsure. Wal-Mart officials still have not committed to the site or to Knapp Properties Inc., the owner of the parcel at the intersection of Highways 141 and 44. Kim Dreher of Knapp Properties said Wal-Mart is still conducting its feasibility study for the area. A site plan was submitted and approved by the city of Grimes."

It is going by the Auto Auction place, sorry but the name escapes me now. West side of 141 south of the Grimes exit. What is the deal with all the Toyota's in the big lot near the interchange. I haven't noticed a sign but looks to be a new auto dealership.
