Default Power plant cancellation disappoints businesses

Numerous local businesses have decided to start a sign campaign in the city of Marshalltown to let Iowa's chief executive know how disappointed local residents are in the process which killed a power plant plan for Marshalltown.Alliant Energy announced last week it was no longer considering building a power plant worth approximately $1.

Hydrogen and uranium produce no carbon emissions. Each has its risks, yet we know them as positive alternatives to coal/natural gas plants.
Uranium may last years, yet some are looking for ways to use all the energy.
