Default Dairy Queen near South Dayton Ave

I heard the franchise got pulled on the Dairy Queen that is out there by Highway 30 in the same building as Kum and Go and Subway.

Bummer, they are the only DQ that puts the chili dogs in cardboard instead of paper.

That might not change. They will still be in business as Ames Dairy Ice Cream.

All they've done so far is Take the word "Queen" off the building facade. Today it just say's "Dairy".

Default Prices

I wonder if their prices will go down or stay the same since they won't have corporate setting their prices?

I think that works more with Walmart vs a store on Main Street Ames. If you look at DQ vs Starbucks in Nevada, Starbucks gives you more bang for your buck.

Ask them why they lost their franchise...and if they will still accept the DQ coupons that list their address.
